Received the wrong product for a 2009-2015 Prius
This company straight up stole from me. I bought a radio unit, it showed up 6 weeks later, I plugged it in and it worked for maybe 10 minutes. After very shady communication and lack of their effort to correct the issue, I decided to return outright. I returned, it was delivered and after 4 weeks still zero communication and zero refund. Circling back to my original statement, they straight up stole from me. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered may 1 2025 and still no radio and no communication. I hope I didn't get taken but looking that way if I receive item then I will up date.

I appreciate the quality packaging. I haven't had it installed yet but it looks great. The issue I had after purchase was how long it was going to take. The emails were kinda vague..
